1. Product Categories

a. Made-to-Order

  • Non-Returnable: Made-to-Order items are custom-crafted and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or incorrect.

  • Issues: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at customerservice@louisexin.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.

b. Ready-to-Wear

  • Returns: Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • Exchanges: Exchanges are allowed within 14 days, subject to item availability. Additional shipping costs apply.

  • Refunds: Refunds for eligible returns exclude original shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

c. Couture to Rent

  • Non-Returnable: Rental items cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped. Late returns or damage may incur additional fees.

  • Damage Reporting: If the item arrives damaged, notify us immediately at customerservice@louisexin.com with photos.

2. Return and Exchange Process

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Email customerservice@louisexin.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return or exchange.

Step 2: Shipping Instructions

  • We will provide the return address and estimated shipping costs based on your location. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Step 3: Refund or Exchange

  • For returns: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund (excluding original shipping fees).

  • For exchanges: New items will be shipped upon receipt of the returned item and payment of additional shipping fees.

3. Important Notes

  • Customs and Import Fees: For international returns, customs duties and fees are the customer's responsibility.

  • Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Lost Returns: We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a detailed explanation. We will cover return shipping for verified issues.
